โครงการสำรวจการกำกับดูแลกิจการบริษัทจดทะเบียนไทยประจำปี 2566 (Corporate Governance Report of Thailand Listed Companies 2023)
บริษัท สยามโกลบอลเฮ้าส์ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ GLOBAL ผู้นำศูนย์รวมวัสดุก่อสร้างและของตกแต่งบ้าน ได้รับผลการประเมินด้านการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีในเกณฑ์“ดีเลิศ” (Excellent) หรือ ระดับ 5 ดาว ต่อเนื่องเป็นปีที่ 3 จากโครงการสำรวจการกำกับดูแลกิจการบริษัทจดทะเบียนไทย ประจำปี 2566 (Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2023 : CGR) ของสมาคมส่งเสริมสถาบันกรรมการบริษัทไทย (Thai Institute of Directors : IOD) โดยการสนับสนุนของตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจของคณะกรรมการ ผู้บริหาร และพนักงานทุกคนในการพัฒนาและยกระดับการกำกับดูแลกิจการที่ดีอย่างต่อเนื่อง ควบคู่กับการดำเนินธุรกิจเพื่อให้องค์กรเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน ส่งผลให้ผู้มีส่วนได้เสียทุกภาคส่วนมีความมั่นใจในการดำเนินงานที่มีธรรมาภิบาล มีความโปร่งใส และตรวจสอบได้
GLOBAL has received “Excellent” CG Scoring or 5-star rating for the third consecutive year
Siam Global House Public Company Limited or “GLOBAL” a leader in the field of construction materials and home decoration products, has received “Excellent” CG Scoring or 5-star rating for the third consecutive year from the program Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2023 (CGR) of the Thai Institute of Directors: IOD, with the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). This reflects the dedication and commitment of the board of directors, executives, and all employees to continuously improve and enhance good corporate governance. Simultaneously with conducting business for sustainable organizational growth, it results in all stakeholders having confidence in the Company’s operations with good governance, transparency, and accountability.
